What You’ll Do:
As a Technical Program Manager you’ll be responsible for the Successful delivery of customer projects within our federal practice area.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Build and manage a team of service delivery professional in the areas of company focus.
- Resolve potential conflicts between the delivery team and the customers.
- Possess good project management skills to ensure that the projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Interface with the Engineering team to ensure that the product related issues are resolved.
- Interface with the customer to ensure that there are no delays in customer responsibilities and dependencies.
- Converting projects implemented into customer references, which would be a key measure.
- Upselling of product and services to the customers, during and after projects.
- Monitor team for process compliance, productivity, teamwork and efficiency.
- Provide status information to Executive management regarding the project pipeline/status and health of execution.
- Maintain a repository of the work products and lessons learned.
What You’ll Need:
- Proven client-facing, partnership and presentation skills to lead within the landscape of a Federal engagement.
- Proven consultant experience for software development solutions and engagements
- 3-5+ years relevant hands-on experience managing custom software projects
- Solid understanding of modern development technology to include Full Stack development, Java, Agile, AWS, DevOps, and DevSecOps
- Strong facilitation, planning and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in one of: Business, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Physics (or equivalent education/experience)
- US Citizenship with ability to clear for Secret level clearance
Nice to Have’ Skills/Experience:
- Exposure to and enthusiasm for Agile approaches to software development
- Best practices in product development and technical product marketing
- Experience with solution selling/account development/traditional sales
- Experience designing/developing business requirements
