What You’ll Do:
We’re seeking a Technical Program Manager, who will manage these aspects of software development and delivery for Navitas:
- Drive cross-team execution by coordinating engineering, product, and operations to deliver complex projects on time and within scope.
- Bridge technical and business goals through deep technical understanding and strategic oversight, ensuring alignment and informed decision-making.
- Mitigate risks and improve efficiency by identifying blockers early, optimizing processes, and scaling delivery frameworks as the company grows.
- Program Leadership: Drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs focused on claim validation, pre- and post-pay analysis, audit automation, and payment recovery.
- Agile Execution: Lead Agile ceremonies across multiple scrum teams, facilitate continuous improvement, and ensure predictable delivery cycles.
- Domain Expertise: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand complex payment policies, payer-provider relationships, coding standards (ICD-10, CPT, DRG), and integrate this understanding into program planning and execution.
- Technology Oversight: Partner with engineering to scope and deliver data-intensive solutions leveraging rules engines, machine learning models, and claims analytics platforms.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to CMS, HIPAA, and payer-specific guidelines while managing program risks and mitigating operational bottlenecks.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with internal teams (product, data, compliance, operations) and external partners (payers, auditors, regulators) to align on goals and timelines.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior TPMs and contribute to building a high-performing, outcome-driven delivery culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Health Informatics, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- 8+ years of technical program management experience, including a minimum of three (3) years in healthcare payment integrity, claims processing, or related systems
- 8+ years experience leading Agile teams with strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
- Deep familiarity with claims lifecycle, payment integrity tools, FWA detection, and healthcare reimbursement models
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex technology solutions at scale
- Experience with data-driven platforms, including those built on modern data architectures (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Snowflake, or cloud-native)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, AWS DevOps, or similar platforms
