What You’ll Do:
Navitas Business Consulting is seeking a technology centered Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the full lifecycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the JazzHR Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and will be responsible for driving recruitment efforts for technology-based consulting services within both the public and private sectors. This role will require a blend of technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and an ability to interact with key stakeholders across a variety of industries.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Oversee and manage the complete recruitment process for technology consulting roles within the public and private sectors, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
  • JazzHR Expertise: Utilize JazzHR ATS to streamline recruitment workflows, track candidate progress, and generate recruitment reports. Ensure the ATS is leveraged efficiently to improve recruitment processes and metrics.
  • Sourcing & Talent Mapping: Actively source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach. Conduct market research to build a strong pipeline of qualified talent for current and future needs.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand position requirements and ensure that job descriptions accurately reflect role needs and expectations.
  • Candidate Experience: Provide a positive and seamless candidate experience, ensuring prompt communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
  • Screening & Assessment: Assess resumes, conduct interviews, and apply structured evaluation techniques to ensure candidates meet technical qualifications, cultural fit, and industry-specific requirements.
  • Employer Branding & Outreach: Work with the marketing team to build and promote the employer brand, showcasing our commitment to innovation and excellence in technology consulting.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Advocate for diverse talent pools and ensure inclusive hiring practices are incorporated at every stage of the recruitment process.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up to date with trends in the tech consulting industry, public and private sector recruiting, and labor market dynamics to identify new opportunities for attracting top talent.
  • Reporting & Metrics: Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, candidate satisfaction, diversity statistics, and other key performance indicators.
What You’ll Need:
  • Minimum 7-8 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong background in technology-based recruiting for the public and private sector.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in JazzHR ATS with the ability to configure, manage, and optimize the system for recruitment needs.
  • Experience recruiting for technical roles in IT consulting, technology services, or software development.
  • Knowledge of common technical skills, certifications, and job requirements in the technology consulting space.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting tools, platforms, and social media for candidate sourcing.
  • Ability to engage and influence both internal stakeholders and external candidates.
  • Familiarity with recruitment marketing and employer branding best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
