What You’ll Do:
Navitas is seeking a skilled Data Modeling Analyst to support enterprise data initiatives in a fast-paced Agile environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing and documenting data modeling requirements, supporting data governance efforts, and serving as a liaison between development and testing teams. This role requires strong expertise in relational and dimensional data modeling, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience with ER Studio.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 6+ years of data modeling and data governance experience.
- Proficiency in ER Studio.
- Expertise in relational and dimensional modeling.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and practices.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
