What You’ll Do:
As the ServiceNow Developer, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom applications and solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in customizing and configuring various ServiceNow modules, as well as integrating the platform with other enterprise systems. The ServiceNow Developer will work closely with stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet business needs while providing technical support and ensuring the platform's optimal performance. 
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Design and develop custom applications and solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Customize and configure ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Asset Management, and more.
  • Develop workflows, scripts, business rules, UI policies, UI actions, and client scripts.
  • Display strong abilities within ITOM (CMDB, Event Management) and ITSM (Incident)
  • ServiceNow workflow script experience and the ability to pull and update data via scripting
  • Support Enterprise Architecture in the design and implementation of automated discovery & data federation from multiple data sources into the ServiceNow CMDB.
  • Develop technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring that they meet the client's needs and are aligned with ITIL, ITSM, ITOM and CMDB best practices.
  • Lead customization and configuration of Discovery, Event Management and the CMDB to automate incident creation based on alerts and optimize infrastructure visibility and management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead the implementation of ServiceNow solutions that align with the designed requirements and ensure solutions meet industry best practices.
  • Develop and maintain advanced scripts, business rules, and client scripts.
  • Support data migration design and activities from legacy systems to ServiceNow, ensuring data accuracy and consistency during the transition. Validate that data is migrated to the most beneficial ServiceNow data structures, leveraging out-of-the-box data schemas before designing custom tables and fields.
  • Contribute to the development of Org’s best practices and standards.
  • Adhere to security and implementation best practices and ensure that implemented solutions meet relevant compliance requirements.
  • Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features, enhancements, and best practices to enhance the quality of implementations and maintain expertise in the platform. Continue certification and training process to meet Practice standards and growth areas and contribute to the continued success of the team.
  • Develop Asset and Configuration Management processes, procedures, and standards.
  • Mature processes and KPIs to improve Asset and Configuration Management effectiveness.
  • Build relationship mappings in ServiceNow CMDB with Discovery Tools and Service Mapping in serving ServiceNow modules including ITOM, Hardware Asset, Virtual Agent, Change, Problem, Certificate, Incident etc.
  • Interface with executive stakeholders to align ServiceNow solutions with business goals and emerging trends.
  • Oversee development and data management for integrations between ServiceNow Platform and other systems, tools, or services (like Workday or Active Directory).
What You’ll Need:
  • Key Skills: Service Now Platform, Java Script, Web Technologies  
  • Documented experience with ServiceNow workflow scripting with the ability to pull and update data via scripting.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
  • Proven experience with ServiceNow customization and configuration.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations and web services.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or related field. (Post-graduate degree strongly preferred)
  • Professional certification(s) desired
