What You’ll Do:
The Subject Matter Expert (SME) provides specialized knowledge to define requirements, perform analyses, and develop plans for technical initiatives across a wide range of domains such as IT, healthcare, education, public safety, HR, and social services.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Define and analyze requirements for systems and projects.
- Provide technical expertise in the development of specifications.
- Guide execution of technical initiatives in specialized domains.
- Serve as a recognized authority for knowledge transfer and decision support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related discipline (required) or Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration (preferred).
- 12+ years of relevant industry experience.
- 10+ years of IT-related experience directly tied to the area of expertise.
