With proven solutions, award-winning technologies, and a team of expert problem solvers, Navitas has consistently empowered customers to use technology as a competitive advantage and deliver cutting-edge transformative solutions.What You’ll Do:The Inventory Analyst maintains enterprise process inventories, assesses organizational capabilities, and supports governance activities across business and technology portfolios.Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:- Maintain enterprise process inventories and repositories.
- Perform process assessments for completeness and effectiveness.
- Identify process gaps, overlaps, and optimization opportunities.
- Track AI/ML model inventories and deployment status.
- Maintain records related to model provenance and training data lineage.
- Support governance reporting and process maturity assessments.
What You’ll Need:- Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of analytical or process management experience.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Experience maintaining inventories, repositories, or configuration records.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance.
Set Yourself Apart With:- Experience with process improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with AI governance programs.
- CBAP or equivalent business analysis certification preferred. ITIL Foundations preferred.
Salary Range: $100k - $120k
The salary range listed reflects our standard market pay structure. Final compensation will be determined based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s unique qualifications, skills required for the position, professional experience, education, and business needs, at the time of hire.
