With proven solutions, award-winning technologies, and a team of expert problem solvers, Navitas has consistently empowered customers to use technology as a competitive advantage and deliver cutting-edge transformative solutions.What You’ll Do:The Project Manager supports program management operations through schedule management, deliverable tracking, customer engagement, and program coordination activities.Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:- Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
- Support preparation of Monthly Status Reports (MSRs).
- Maintain Program Management Plans (PMPs).
- Track deliverables, action items, and program risks.
- Coordinate meetings and maintain program documentation.
- Serve as backup to the Program Manager as required.
- Support customer communications and reporting requirements.
What You’ll Need:- Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of project management experience.
- Experience supporting government contracts and program execution.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance.
Set Yourself Apart With:- Experience supporting DoD programs
- PMP or CAPM
- ITIL Foundations
Salary Range: $100k - $140k
The salary range listed reflects our standard market pay structure. Final compensation will be determined based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s unique qualifications, skills required for the position, professional experience, education, and business needs, at the time of hire.
