What You Will Do:
As a Systems Analyst, you will analyze business processes, user requirements, and existing systems to identify opportunities for system improvements and technology solutions.
You will translate business and functional requirements into detailed system specifications, workflows, process models, and technical documentation.
You will work with developers, business users, project managers, and technical teams to support system design, integration, testing, implementation, and enhancement activities.
You will troubleshoot system issues, analyze application performance, support user acceptance testing, and recommend solutions to improve system functionality and efficiency.
This position requires travel and/or relocation to various unanticipated client locations throughout the United States based on future project assignments, with expenses paid by the employer.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Analyze business requirements, existing systems, workflows, and operational processes to identify functional and technical system requirements.
- Develop system specifications, process flows, functional requirements, use cases, data mappings, and technical documentation for application enhancements and new implementations.
- Work with software developers, database teams, business users, and project stakeholders to design, configure, integrate, and implement enterprise systems.
- Perform system analysis, testing, troubleshooting, defect analysis, root-cause identification, and validation of application functionality.
- Support system upgrades, application integrations, data migration, user acceptance testing, production deployments, and ongoing system maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with client and technical teams while supporting projects at various unanticipated client locations throughout the United States as required by project scope and duration.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Management, Analyst-related studies, Computer Science, Engineering (any), or a related field, plus two (2) years of experience in the position offered or a related field.
- Experience analyzing business processes, user requirements, system functionality, workflows, and technical specifications.
- Experience preparing functional requirements, system documentation, process flows, use cases, data mappings, and system analysis documentation.
- Experience with databases, SQL, APIs, application integration, data analysis, and enterprise information systems.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies, system testing, troubleshooting, user acceptance testing, deployment, and application support processes.
- Must be willing and able to travel and/or relocate to various unanticipated client locations throughout the United States depending on project scope, location, and duration, with expenses paid by the employer.
The pay range provided is a good-faith estimate and represents the range the company reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Individual compensation may vary based on skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and business needs.
