What You’ll Do:
As the selected Account Executive you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying their staffing needs, and providing tailored solutions. You will work closely with both clients and internal teams to ensure successful placements and overall client satisfaction.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their staffing needs and business objectives.
Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and create proposals to secure contracts for staff augmentation services.
Needs Assessment: Collaborate with clients to assess their staffing requirements and recommend suitable solutions, including contract, temporary, and permanent placements.
Candidate Sourcing: Work with recruitment teams to identify, interview, and select qualified candidates that meet client specifications.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively position our services.
Performance Tracking: Monitor client satisfaction and placement success, gathering feedback to improve services and strengthen relationships.
Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, including recruitment, HR, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery and fulfillment of client needs.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, client interactions, and market insights for executive management.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Years of experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.
- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry.
- Strong understanding of the staffing process and workforce solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their business needs.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in ATS platforms, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
