What You’ll Do:
The Java Full Stack Developer (Tech Lead) provides expert-level technical leadership in developing and integrating enterprise applications. This role involves designing, coding, mentoring, and leading critical application development initiatives.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Design, develop, and implement Java-based enterprise applications.
  • Lead integration efforts across business applications.
  • Apply modern development methodologies and design patterns.
  • Mentor junior developers and enforce coding standards.
  • Build front-end solutions using Angular, JavaScript, JSON, and jQuery.
  • Work with RESTful APIs, SOA, and Spring Boot frameworks.
  • Support benefit reconciliation and Medicaid/IES-related system integrations.
What You’ll Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline
  • 7+ years IT and industry experience, including 3+ years as a technical lead.
  • Strong expertise in RESTful APIs, SOA, concurrency, and enterprise-scale system development.
  • Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, or HHS program systems experience preferred.
